Antique Piano-great find-need cash in Greenville, South Carolina For Sale

I have a Washburn Lyons and Healy high back piano S# xxxx5. This piano was made in Chicago. From the records I can track it was built between December xxxx and August xxxx. It is in good condition and plays well.
I need to make room in my home as I was gifted a newer piano. This is an excellent buy for $400. It makes a great conversation piece and could be restored to excellent condition without great expense. The buyer will have to make provisions to move the piano.
