Private family is seeking for a person that can provide a high standard of cleaning/caretaking to the family s estate, where professionalism, attention for detail, and dedication are of utmost importance.
Job Requirements:
All Applicants MUST Have:
Higher education degree
Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
US work authorization
Reliable transportation
Valid Driver s license and clean driving record for last two years
All potential employees must complete a satisfactory background check
Five years or more cleaning experience, team lead roles preferred
Excellent references required from current and previous employers
Job Description:
All aspects of general housekeeping and deep cleaning of residence
Assisting with laundry and ironing of clothing and linens and any special care of fine garments
Organization of closets, pantries, drawers, wardrobes, etc.
Maintaining and cleaning fine furniture, art, antiques, etc.
Polishing fine surfaces including silver, brass, crystal, china, etc.
Conducting inventory and procuring household supplies, including grocery shopping
Preparing light meals for family if requested
Assisting with the care of family dogs; includes walking, feeding, light grooming, etc.
Running errands, managing special requests, and all other related duties
