The Judge Group has partnered with a client to identify candidates for a Maintenance Manager opportunity. The company is an international manufacturer of high-quality specialty products made of glass and plastic for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Together with their partners, they develop solutions which set standards and have role model status in their respective market sectors. They realize revenues of $1B+ and have more than 10,000 employees worldwide. The Maintenance Manager will: * Oversee all maintenance programs for the facilities and the Safety Programs. * Supervise Maintenance Technicians (Planned Maintenance and on Shifts) to provide 24/7 coverage. * Manage the preventative maintenance program (develop and improve all relevant SOPs and WI’s). * Develop yearly Maintenance Budgets and Report Maintenance Cost against Budget. * Specify scope for outside quotes. * Maintain and develop further planned maintenance programs for all infrastructure. * Interface with outside service contractors (HVAC pressurized Air, Chiller). * Oversee all relevant service contracts in place and define new ones. * Maintain and develop further planned programs for all injection molding machines and infrastructure. * Suggest and implement productivity improvements for production equipment. * Coordinate all equipment changes and movement of machinery. * Maintain and develop further planned maintenance programs for building and property. * Interface with outside service contractors (lawn service, cleaning company, electrical supply). * Interface with OSHA. * Operate as Head of Company’s safety committee. This opportunity is located in the Atlanta GA area and relocation is being offered. The compensation range for this opportunity is $80,000 - $90,000 plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits plan.
