Manager, Sales and Contracts Administration in Greenville, South Carolina For Sale

Position Overview This position is primarily responsible for the administration and performance tracking of all corporate contracts and pricing agreements. The position also conducts sales analysis of these agreements to determine trends, gross profit, and administration fees, as well as conduct sales analysis and create reports regarding sales performance, deployment models and alignment. Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities (*identifies Essential Functions) Documents and maintains database integrity for all contracts and pricing agreements. Manages all Letters of Commitment submissions to ensure price accuracy of all customers. Works with Finance to calculate upcoming rebate payments and ensure they are accurate, accrued and paid on time. Maintains contract affiliation to ensure customers are affiliated with the appropriate contract. Works with contracted customers to resolve pricing discrepancies. Tracks start and end dates of all contracts and coordinates sales force negotiations. Works with legal counsel to review all documents regarding customer requirements and T’s and C’s for contracts. Provides analysis of field sales performance Creates sales reports and tend analysis utilizing sales reporting tools. Creates sales force deployment models/maps. Manages and writes RFP’s and customer quotations. Organizes and coordinates plant tours, customer visits and executive travel to customer locations. Manages monthly meeting schedule. Responsible for inside sales. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience BA/BS degreed preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact with internal and external customers in a teaming atmosphere, and demonstrate discretion and excellent judgment. Strong analytical skills. Proficient in computer software to include Microsoft Office.
