Do you like working in Retail, Merchandising, Leasing or Hospitality but want to consider a parallel avenue?
We are a Charlotte:based home building company specializing in the 55 and older demographic with 15 years of experience and we are seeking new talent for our Sales and Marketing department. This is an amazing opportunity for those seeking a change, are willing to learn a new skill set and have the chance : with our training and coaching : a six:figure income. A base salary plus health benefits is included plus performance bonuses for each new sale.
A real estate brokers license is not necessary nor is it preferred. General brokerage experience is discouraged. Our coaching plan will provide you with the skills you need.
You will work between 45 and 55 hours per week, mostly in one of our brand:new model homes. You should be prepared to work weekends. You will meet new people every day. You will work mostly in person:to:person sales but you will also have exposure to advertising and marketing including social media, print media and general prospecting.
We seek attitude not skills. We look for hard workers, great listeners and those who can balance empathy and assertiveness. People who enjoy working in an independent environment with little oversight will flourish. We offer a team environment but those who are most productive can work and function self:sufficiently.
