Location: Greenville, SC
Responsibilities:
:Fiscal management of the costs and expenses in the operation of the plant.
:Ability to forecast expenses, plan and execute budgets.
:Handle the engineering upkeep and preventative maintenance of the equipment.
:Handle all human resources issues such as training, regulatory compliance, staffing, payroll and benefit administration for the entire staff.
:Direct liaison with the on:site client; producing, reporting, feedback and customer relations for the operation.
:Production of all billing for services provided.
:Produce weekly reporting for Operations, Key Indicators, Payroll, and Human Resource Functions. Must be able to read and interpret a P and L statement.
:Oversee regulatory compliance for all required agencies.
:Potential to develop and grow new business within the facility.
:Forecast capital expenditures and manages installation and operation of new equipment.
Qualifications:
:BS/BA in Management or equivalent work experience preferred.
:At least 5 years operations/management experience.
:Spanish language skills a plus.
:Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.
:Ability to multi:task and establish priorities.
:Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
