Coordinates property control activities to ensure continual accountability of government, associate contractor, and company property in accordance with applicable regulations and policies.
Maintains property accountability records.
Arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete material and equipment.
Conducts property audits.
Develops, recommends, and implements property administration policy.
Administers lease agreements.
Supports negotiations of lease agreements by providing pertinent information.
Surveys rental rates in market areas.
Assists in preparing building operating budgets.
Acts as liaison with owners of leased space.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma plus 8 years of experience.
Performs at developmental level with task focus.
Applies basic theories, principles, and concepts.
Resolves well-defined, routine problems.
Requires guidance, assistance, and review from leads.
Applies a narrow range of inputs to job performance from immediate lead and task requirements.
Participates as team member and may lead routine tasks.
Interfaces with customer minimally.
