A Senior Living Development Company is seeking a Project Manager with previous Senior Living experience. Candidates should have proven success in the development of senior housing communities with experience working from project conception, financing, and architectural design, through construction, opening and fill-up.
Responsibilities
Candidate will function as a Project Manager for a Senior Living development company.
Will be involved in business development, managing contracts, clients and the Project Team.
Must demonstrate experience in planning, directing and monitoring all aspects of multi-discipline senior living projects with a high degree of technical complexity.
Position requires involvement with the production and coordination of several projects concurrently.
Must exhibit excellent client relation values.
Responsible for coordination and success of the Project Team including architects, engineers, contractor, management company and marketing groups.
Work Experience/Education
Previous experience in senior living field is required.
Successful candidate must have a minimum of ten years of project management experience with experience in managing multiple projects. Expert knowledge of computer programs including spreadsheet, word processing, and project scheduling software is required.
Must have strong technical knowledge of all aspects of senior living development.
A bachelor's degree is required.
