A monthly fee of $150 is for all utilizes which includes, power, water, trash and cable with high speed internet with hbo, showtime and cinamax. Im very easy to get along with and my views on life are liberal. Im seeking a female roommate with consist income with no drama. The reason Im seeking a female roommate because I get my 12 year old son every other weekend and I feel more comfortable with a female on the same floor I have my son.
