Somewhat flexible on my move-in times, I would prefer to have something locked down by May 1st. I work in Mt. Pleasant, so I'll be evaluating the space based on my commute to/from there. I currently live on Savannah Hwy in West Ashley so I'm not opposed to a 20-25 minute drive. You can read about me in my profile. I (sadly) don't have any pets to bring, but would get along great with yours.
