Hello! We have a private and beautiful room available in our Clinton home. The room is available for move-in starting TODAY. We prefer a quiet and clean FEMALE housemate. Our home is situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood near Presbyterian College. There is lots of street parking available, and we also have plenty of storage in the garage if you happen to need the space. Our home also includes a washer and dryer. The common areas of the house are fully and nicely furnished; all you would have to bring is the furniture for your bedroom. A LITTLE ABOUT US- We are a really friendly and chill group of housemates. We are sociable, but definitely know when to give you space and respect your privacy. This is a young, but very responsible and focused group (the oldest housemate is a 23-year-old young professional while the others are undergraduate students). So if you'd like a place where you can have fun with your housemates, but also enjoy a space where you can relax or study... then we invite you to check out our home. LOCATION-We are about 6 miles from the Presbyterian College Campus (roughly a 10-minute drive)... Very close to shopping and parks. There is also a nice jogging path close by. RENT-The rent is $550 plus utilities (high-speed wireless internet, digital cable TV, gas, water, and electricity). Utilities average about $40 per month. LENGTH OF STAY- We can negotiate a month-to-month rental agreement or a medium to long-term lease. We could definitely do some sort of trial period like having a month-to-month at first, then sign a longer lease if we all like the living situation.
