Role Summary/Purpose: The Brilliant Manufacturing Premier Support Engineer is responsible for resolving product, configuration, and application issues/questions for GE Intelligent Platforms (IP) Brilliant Manufacturing Solution. This role also acts as the key technical support liaison and customer advocate for GE Intelligent Platforms Premier accounts, including GE Manufacturing sites, ensuring an exceptional Customer Experience is delivered and Customer Outcomes are realized.
Essential Responsibilities:
: Primary tasks include troubleshooting and coordination of GE IP's Brilliant Manufacturing related issues, architecture consulting, acceptance testing, startup and post go live support, driving performance against plant health metrics, and regular status updates to customers and senior management
: Single point of contact and customer advocate for Brilliant Manufacturing issue management and resolution to named GE IP Premier accounts
