This position will include both VDI End User support as well as Infrastructure support. Primary responsibilities in the End User support role include Infrastructure support for VDI environment ProvisionDe:provision user access to the available virtual environments and applications Add, remove, change access to VDI environment Reset User Profile issues ndash non:persistent Add, remove, change access to Horizon ThinApp packages Assist users with the SSGM process for access to OneAD security groups Ensure removal of disabled entitled users every Month based on weekly reports Sporadic audit of EC compliance of VDI environments using IDM Primary responsibilities providing Infrastructure support for VDI environment include Perform bi:weekly recompose of the VDI environments Deploy upgrades patches to the VDI pools Support activities for all projects post deployment Other activities to maintain the system health of the production VDI environment Qualifications to see in a candidate VMware Horizon View 5.x VMWare Horizon Workspace Experience VMWare Horizon ThinApp Windows Server xxxx Windows 7 Networking NAS (Network Attached Storage) (NFS CIFS), HP CIFS (Samba) Support Central Service Now ITIL Interested candidates should send resumes to Suzette Spears at sspearsltionline mailtosspearsltionline
