A few months ago I tried this site, hired a designer/developer and he could not reach deadlines, was unresponsive and could not take simple direction. So, I kept giving him a chance and attempted to train him to work with us. I realized either you have it or you don't. So, we just fired him.
We are seeking a sharp developer who has decent design skills, and who has a solid work ethic. Don't waste your time or ours if you can't be available and can't execute on time.
My team and I (15 of us) are developing an amazing health and wellness ecosystem. We have been in planning for a year. We are now ready to develop many websites as part of our health care system:
1) We will develop a flagship healthcare social media portal. We will be using phpfox platform (phpfox.com) for this development. It will be an ongoing project.
2) In the interim, we need a placeholder site to introduce our upcoming social media effort.
We also need:
3) A corporate site that will be 'light weight.'
4) A marketing site to reach our physician clients.
5) A marketing site to reach our media publishers.
6) Multiple blog sites to drive traffic to our flagship site and to generate leads.
We at 'crunch time,' with a deadline of going live beginning now into the end of Q2. In most designs, we seek a responsive, parallax format, with the site being 5 to 10 pages deep. The flagship site will be extremely deep.
We have design layouts for several sites, the copy and graphics are on hand. We just need a Web Developer who can pick this up and develop it. We know how to develop Scope Docs (SOW's), IA's and wireframes. In other words, we know what we're doing. We just need someone who can fit in and develop.
This is a series of websites that needs to be built ASAP. It is an ongoing relationship with long term potential.
We are not low budget. We are however seeking someone who is able to cut us a deal and have a constant stream of long-term work over the next several years.
